Ready-to-Go Games for Practicing Reading Words (set #t-39)

If you teach Kindergarten to second grade (or have a child that age at home), these ready-to-go games and activities can help them practice reading simple words.

The first picture (bordered in red) is a collage of the activities in this set. Then, the remaining pictures show all of them one at a time--close up, with a brief explanation of the activity. (Those explanation cards will be mailed to you with the rest of the items.)

Included in this set are the following lightly used items:

• 8 different "Make a Labeled Picture" Activities -- kids read a word on a word strip, look for that item hidden in the picture, then use a stick [provided] to label the item they found in the hidden picture.  Kids think this is very fun!  (laminated, sticks provided)
  
• 6 more "Make a Labeled Picture" Activities  (I broke it into two sets for use on different days in centers or as a fast finisher)  (laminated, sticks provided)
• 10 sets of Word to Picture Match game (laminated, 10 sets)
• Word to Picture Match Game (1 laminated set)

This set is used but in good shape!  I'm just retiring from teaching and no longer need them.
